In December, 2020, one of our manufacturing partners released the results of independent testing confirming that the technology is effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
The line of residential, commercial, and healthcare products was independently tested for effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2 by a third-party lab. In the test report, the systems repeatedly delivered greater than 5-log inactivation (>99.999%) of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in less than one second of exposure to the disinfection systems.

Our PTAC UVC Disinfection solutions are ideal for certain applications, and we work with each customer to align the most appropriate disinfection technology to their HVAC equipment.
This PTAC UVC Disinfection series of ultraviolet lamp (253.7nm) and ballast kits are designed for installing in small air conditioning units for cooling coil irradiation purposes. Components provided with each kit include (1) UVC High Out-put Lamp, (1) Electronic Ballast, (2) stainless steel lamp mounting clips, & (1) extended power cord to run from the ballast to the UVC lamp.
